Apple Crumb Muffin’s
Preheat oven to 400 degrees (makes 12 muffins)
1/2 Cup butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup yogurt (I use non-fat plain)
2 tsp vanilla
1 3/4 cup flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup milk or 1/2 and 1/2
1 1/2 cups peeled chopped apples (I use Fuji)
I hand mix all ingredients and do not add them in any specific order like you probably should. I just throw them all in a bowl and hope for the best💕The easier the better (Am I right)
Line your muffin tin with liner & add batter
next mix together the crumb topping
mix in a small bowl 1/3 c brown sugar, 1 Tbsp sugar, 1/4 cup butter & 2/3 cup flour.
Press the crumb topping mixture into the top of the batter.
place in oven at 400 degrees for 5 minutes and then turn oven down to 350 baking for an additional 15-17 minutes or until your toothpick comes out clean.
let cool completely before drizzling the glaze.
